Dampak Belanja Fungsi Kesehatan Terhadap Persalinan yang Ditolong Oleh Tenaga Kesehatan dan Imunisasi Dasar Lengkap
The distribution of the health budget and health budget allocations that have not been optimal are considered to have not been able to have a significant impact on the improvement of further health indicators. The trend of the total birth rate in Indonesia continues to decline and the implementation of immunization in Indonesia also continues to fluctuate from year to year after the implementation of decentralization. This study aims to see whether the fiscal decentralization policy influences on improving the performance of local governments, especially in the health sector. Using secondary data from 2016-2019 and using the Two Stage Least Square method, this study found that TKDD has a positive relationship with health function spending. The larger the regional transfer, the greater the health expenditure, especially DAU and followed by PAD and DAK Non-Physical Health. In addition, the results of this study also show that the amount of expenditure on health functions can increase the percentage of deliveries assisted by health workers and the percentage of complete basic immunizations.
