Perspektif Nilai Konsumen dalam Niat Wisatawan untuk Mengadopsi Virtual Reality pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19
The Covid-19 pandemic significantly impacted domestic tourism in Indonesia, and virtual reality technology is a solution to help the tourism recovery period in 2021. The value-based adoption model with the PLS-SEM method is applied in conclusive descriptive research to determine the perception of tourist value and its effect on their intention to adopt the technology in tourism planning. This study is intended for tourists who are 18 years old, know VR technology and have never used non-immersive virtual reality (NIVR), where the questionnaire is distributed online and only at one time. The results of processing 212 collected data show perceived usefulness and perceived cost as the two main factors influencing their perceived value of NIVR technology. In addition, the perceived physical risk did not significantly affect the perceived value. Also, the perceived value has a strong positive effect on forming their intention to adopt the technology for tourism-related activities. Most of the respondents belonging to Generation Z expect Labuan Bajo in East Nusa Tenggara as a tourist destination to be provided virtually. The results of this study can help develop a domestic tourism recovery campaign and attract more domestic tourists.Ada Tabel
