Jati, Nurulasihah - ; Dr. Elok Savitri Pusparini, S.E., M.M. (Pembimbing/Promotor) - ;

The role of spiritual resources is now increasingly needed, especially in the work environment, also experienced by nurses. The COVID-19 pandemic that has hit the world demands the role of health workers to be able to survive as the front line in handling this case. The study was conducted to determine the effect of spirituality at work on well-being at work, job satisfaction, and intention to survive. The study was conducted on 265 respondents who are nurses by distributing online questionnaires. Analysis and processing of research data using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method with the help of SPSS and Lisrel 8.80 software. The results of the study found that workplace spirituality had a direct positive effect on employee wellbeing and job satisfaction, but did not directly affect intention to stay. Furthermore, workplace spirituality has an indirect effect on intention to stay with well-being at work and job satisfaction as mediating.Ada Tabel
