Evaluasi Prosedur Audit atas Penerimaan Dana Hibah dan Uang Muka Kegiatan Program Pemberantasan Penyakit Pada Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi X Indonesia

This internship report aims to evaluate the audit procedure on receinving grants from an International Health Funds and advance payments mechanism in X Porvince in Indonesia. This audit procedure is for HI Organization?s financial statement. The HI Organization is a nonprofit private sector organization that collects grant funds to be distributed to countries in the context of preventing and fight AIDS, Tuberculosis, and Malaria. Evaluation of audit procedures are carried out on the test of control and test of detail on grant funds and advance payments mechanism for Tubercolosis Prevention Program. Financial statement accounting policy based on PP No. 71 of 2010 regarding Government Accounting Standard Appendix II based on accrual modification. Overall, the evaluation results show that the audit procedure performed by KAP XYZ was appropriately done to test the control procedures, able to meet the audit objective, and the accounting policies for grant receipt and advance payments mechanism are in accordance with the grant guidelines issued by grant funder. Regarding the evaluation of self reflection, based on the results of the analysis, self-reflection helps to increase awareness of the author?s abilities and those that still need to be developed. There are several plans as a follow-up of self-reflection, including improving the ability to using audit programs, communication skills, and auditing and accounting skills.Ada Tabel
