This research aims to evaluate the implementation of credit risk management in the lending process of subsidized home ownership loans at Bank XYZ Branch Office ABC. This research is a case study research using evaluation method to identify and assess the application of credit risk management. The study succeeded in explaining the credit risk management applied in the lending process of subsidized home ownership loans at Bank XYZ Branch Office ABC. The results show that Bank XYZ Branch Office ABC has implemented credit risk management well based on the ability to identify, measure, monitor, and control credit risk.Ada Tabel
