Pengaruh Machiavellianism pada Impression Management dangan mediasi Social Astuteness dan Networking Ability: Studi pada Profesi Akuntan

This study aims to understand how Impression Management in interviews can occur which will help companies in the present and future by getting the right workers. This study aims to analyze the relationship between Machiavellianism and Impression Management in the scope of the interview. The sample used in this study were final year students, fresh graduate accounting, working less than a year and working more than a year with a total of 250 respondents and analyzed using SEM LISREL. The results showed that Social Astuteness and Networking Ability became a full mediation on the relationship between Machiavellianism and Impression Management. The managerial implications will be explained by the deception detection method.Ada Tabel
