Analisis Pengaruh Disiplin dan Motivasi Terhadap Produktivitas Tenaga Kerja Sektor Formal Selama Penerapan Sistem Work From Home Dampak dari Pandemi COVID-19 di DKI Jakarta

This study examines the influence of discipline and work motivation on the work productivity of formal sector labor in DKI Jakarta who are affected by the work from home policy due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This study also examines the effect of the education variable on work discipline and work motivation. The method used is the SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square) analysis method. The data used are primary data collected from distributing online questionnaires (Gform) through social media. The results of the study show that work discipline and work motivation are positively associated with work productivity. Moreover, the level of education has a positive effect on work discipline and work motivation.Ada Tabel
