Analisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan keluarga petani sawit terhadap lamanya pendidikan anak
Education is an important aspect in the development of the country. A country with a good education system will produce quality human resources. In addition to govermant support in terms of improving the quality of teachers and improving the teaching system, children?s education is also supported by the economic aspect of parents. Household income will determine children?s education facilities that can be financed by their parents. Economic problems, parental work inequality in household income cause differences in the level of education for each child. This study examines the factors that influence the decisions of oil palm farmers? families on the lenath of their children?s education. The analytical method used is simple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that the main factors that significantly influence the number of years a child is in school are the education level of the parents and the cost of the child?s education. While the variebel of farmer family income has no effect on the length of the child?s school year. This is because the views of each parent are different, which can be seen from the level of education of the oil palm farmer family.Ada Tabel
