This study aims to analyze effect of profitability, growth, and asset structure on firm capital structure and liquidity of food companies in agriculture sector listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange within the period of 2015-2019, which consist of 17 listed companies. The regression method used is panel data regression with estimated using fixed effect model. This study finds that profitability, growth, and asset structure are not significant towards capital structure in agriculture firms in Indonesia. This study also finds that asset structure has a positive and significant effect on liquidity, while profitability and growth have no significant effect.Ada Tabel
