Evaluasi Proses Konsultasi Penyusunan Anggaran UMKM A oleh PT BCD (Laporan Magang)
This internship report discusses the evaluation of budget preparation support procedures carried out by PT BCD in assisting UMKM A in the Ministry XYZ project. UMKM A is a manufacturing company engaged in the modest fashion sector. In this project, PT BCD as a consultant is tasked with helping UMKM A to prepare their master budget starting from the sales budget to the cash budget. The consultation procedures carried out and which are the subject of evaluation are: 1) Understanding the industry, and the UMKM A business model; 2) The process of collecting additional data; 3) The process of defining and identifying problems; 4) The process of selecting an appropriate budgeting method and system; 5) The process of preparing the deliverables; 6) The process of delivering recommendations to clients. Based on the results of the evaluation, the procedures carried out, in general, are adequate to accommodate the characteristics of MSMEs considering the existing time and capacity limitations. Furthermore, it is in accordance with the consultation methods that are generally carried out by consulting companies, such as the 7 Steps of Consulting and the Procedure for Preparing the UMKM Budget according to Ruzieva and Abdullaev (2018). However, PT BCD needs to increase its support after delivering system recommendations by providing assistance and training during the implementation process. In addition, this report also discusses self-reflection on internship activities and the writing of internship reports undertaken.Ada Tabel
