Studi Eksplorasi Pengalaman Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) di DKI Jakarta terkait Inovasi di Masa Pandemi COVID-19
This thesis discusses the application of innovation and analyzes the role of innovation in SMEs by looking at the highly competitive competition and the COVID-19 pandemic, which puts considerable pressure on Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in the DKI Jakarta area. This research is a qualitative research by conducting interviews with leaders and employees in SMEs as a data collection method. In the discussion, the researcher found that innovation is used as the main weapon to survive during the current pandemic, many forms of innovation to the use of digitalization have been carried out by SMEs to be able to adapt to changes in people's habits during the pandemic. However, government policies set during the pandemic affect the performance of SMEs where a decrease in customer visits has an impact on the income received by SMEs. In this study, it was also found that social networking (networking) is important for SMEs to develop their businesses.Ada Tabel
