Analisis Potensi Migrasi Tenaga Kerja Terampil dari Partisipasi Indonesia dalam ASEAN Economic Community (AEC)

This study discusses the impact of the existence of the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) on changes in the flow of Indonesian labor migration to countries in ASEAN. The research also discusses whether there is a change in migration flows because the AEC has the potential to cause Indonesia to experience a brain drain. The analysis of this study uses a qualitative approach using descriptive data from the ILO, with reference to the Labor Mobility Theory Framework. The analysis is carried out by comparing changes in the flow of Indonesian labor migration before and after the AEC, and by looking at the aspects of migration flows based on education level. The results showed that there was no increase in Indonesia's migration flows after the AEC, but by comparing the in and out migration flows, Indonesia showed that it was experiencing a brain drain.Ada Tabel
