Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Niat Masyarakat dalam Menggunakan dan Mengadopsi Layanan Jasa Dompet Digital: Studi Kasus Layanan Syariah LinkAja
Technology development has made people switch from cash transactions to cashless transactions because it is believed to be more efficient and faster in conducting transactions, one of which is using e-wallet. Layanan Syariah LinkAja as e-wallet with sharia-certified from MUI has had quite a rapid user development since its initial launch in April 2020. This study aims to analyze the effect of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, social influence, facilitating conditions, lifestyle compatibility, and perceived trust towards intention and adoption of Layanan Syariah LinkAja by using unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT). This study involved 212 data collected from online surveys filled out by Indonesians Muslim who have used Layanan Syariah LinkAja for at least the last three months. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Square Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) method by SmartPLS 3.0 software. The result showed that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, social influence, lifestyle compatibility, and perceived trust had positive impact on intention and adoption of e-wallet. Facilitating conditions had negative impact on intention and adoption of e-wallet. Furthermore, this study also found that intention succeeded in mediating the relationship between factors that influence people?s intentions and adoption of e-wallet.Ada Tabel
