Evaluasi Prosedur Pembuatan Surat Permohonan Pengurangan atau Penghapusan Sanksi Administrasi PT SLM (Laporan Magang)
This internship report aims to evaluate the procedure for making an application for a reduction or abolition of PT SLM administrative sanctions made by PT AGS in accordance with applicable tax regulations. The results of the evaluation concluded that the preparation of the application letter had complied with all applicable regulations as described in the evaluation framework section, although PT AGS used the company's version of the application letter format which was different from the format of the application letter attached in the Regulation of the Minister of Finance. However, there are several parts to the PT AGS application letter format that do not have a significant impact on the chances of the DGT getting the application letter granted. Thus, the simplification of the PT AGS application letter format has the possibility to make the application letter format more effective.Ada Tabel
