As stated in Indonesia's RPJMN 2020-2024, to pursue the agenda of increasing human resources with high quality and competitiveness, population growth that is balance and a good population management are needed. The timing of entry to marriage is one of the factors of population growth. The timing of entry to marriage would affect people involved in the family. This research aims to do a study on the impact of human capital on age at first marriage. Using the Indonesian Family Life Survey (IFLS) 2007 and 2014, author regressed the data with binary logistic regression method, this study show that educational attainment, health status, and per capita expenditure affect age at first marriage. Someone with higher educational attainment less likely to marry when they are 25 years old or younger. Someone with chronic disease diagnose, more likely to marry when they are 25 years old and younger. Lastly, the higher per capita expenditure the family of someone spent, will lessen the probability of that someone to marry when they are 25 years old or younger.Ada Tabel
