Pemetaan Kepentingan Ekonomi dalam Model Bisnis Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Sampah di Indonesia
The development of a Waste Power Plant (PLTSa) in Indonesia is one of the ways of the Indonesian government as regulated in Presidential Regulation Number 35 of 2018 concerning Acceleration of Construction of Waste Processing Installations into Electrical Energy Based on Environmentally Friendly Technology. This project aims to reduce the level of waste in Indonesia and convert it into electrical energy. However, until now, there has only been one plant in Indonesia that has officially started operation, that is PLTSa Benowo in Surabaya. Through mapping the level of interest, level of influence and mapping the relationship of each stakeholder in the development of this project in Indonesia, there are several obstacles that cause the development process to run slowly. The results of this study indicate that the low level of knowledge and financial capacity of local governments in developing PLTSa in their respective regions is the main obstacle in developing PLTSa in Indonesia. In addition, there are obstacles that can occur if not addressed as soon as possible. These obstacles include the low level of interest from the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM), the level of influence from the State Electricity Company (PLN) and the volume of waste to be processed by PLTSa which cannot be fulfilled by the Regional Government.Ada Tabel
