Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Paternalistik Terhadap Voice Behavior Pekerja di Jabodetabek dengan Peran Mediasi Implicit Voice Belief

Fanny Martdianty, S.E., M.M., Ph.D. (Pembimbing/Promotor) - ; Hesa, Widi Yulia - ;

This research is generally conducted in order to evaluate the influence of paternalistic leadership style on voice behavior of Jabodetabek workers. The paternalistic leadership could be examined by its three dimensions which are benevolent leadership, moral leadership, and authoritative leadership. Using structural equation modelling (SEM), this research generated several results from 222 respondents collected. Benevolent leadership, moral leadership, and authoritative leadership is proven to influence the voice behavior of Jabodetabek workers. Other than that, this research also found that implicit voice belief mediated the relationship of moral leadership and authoritative leadership on voice behavior among Jabodetabek workers. Nevertheless, benevolent leadership did not have any significant relationship with implicit voice belief. Furthermore, voice self-efficacy did not give any conditional effect on the mediation of implicit voice belief after being tested through moderated-mediation mechanism.Ada Tabel
