March 11, 2020 marks the beginning of a worldwide pandemic that results in a significant phenomenon that deeply impacts the airline industry. Throughout its history, the airline industry has never been able to predict the decline in passenger numbers, which in turn has led to a reduction in the number of flights. It remains challenging to precisely predict how the airline company's external and internal factors, including its entrepreneurship, will contribute to its recovery and survival. The airline entrepreneur’s action will influent to increase innovative level, then continue to improve the sustainable competitive advantage to become competitive resilience. Triple-level innovation, such as organization, collaboration, and business model, from internal and external Airline’s firms can create not only sustainable competitive advantage but continue to competitive resilience. In the coming years, current passengers will design experiences tailored to their habits and preferences, aligning with the expectations of passenger travel. By collecting big data, they can optimize their past customer experiences, exchange opportunities, and continuously acquire digital knowledge The entrepreneurship and innovation can establish a new avenue for growth, enabling survival in challenging circumstances. Commercialization of Therefore, entrepreneurship with radical innovation is the main theme of this research study: The role of entrepreneurship and triple-series innovation in building airline resilience. Where the greatest possible survival is moving toward digital transformation through mobile phone applications, the airline is a retail and personalized process from before-in-after flight and can be called a touchless activity system, which becomes the source of competitiveness that is resilient. This researcher paper fills in some gaps in the literature by focusing on entrepreneurship through triple series innovation. It can also be used as an example to show how an airline company can stay in business after global pendemic 2019.
