Fenomena persaingan bisnis konstruksi yang ketat dan tingginya turnover menuntut perusahaan menarik serta mempertahankan talenta berkualitas. Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh Employer Brand Experience, Perceived Manager Support, Organizational Identification, dan Career Focus HR Practices terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior, dengan peran mediasi Employee Engagement. Studi ini melibatkan 396 karyawan tetap organik PT Hutama Karya (Persero) sebagai responden dan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Hasilnya menunjukkan Employer Brand Experience dan Employee Engagement berpengaruh positif terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Employer Brand Experience, Perceived Manager Support dan Organizational Identification, Career Focus HR Practice berpengaruh positif terhadap Employee Engagement. Employee Engagement terbukti mampu menjadi mediator terhadap hubungan Employer Brand Experience, Perceived Manager Support dan Organizational Identification terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Implikasi menekankan pentingnya keterlibatan karyawan sebagai kunci dalam meningkatkan perilaku OCB karyawan.
