Analisis sistem informasi pendapatan rawat inap rumah sakit studi kasus Rumah Sakit Pelni Petamburan Jakarta diajukan oleh Adhitya Wirawan
Hospital as a part of medical services industry has a high competitive environment, especially in Jakarta, we can see this by the number of new hospital build. In this competitive environment a hospital demanded to improve their quality of services. Improving this quality of services can be achieved by improving the role of information systems. As one of revenue center, Inpatient, need support from information system to give services to the patients. The Inpatient?s process start from patient registration and reservation. After the process, patient given medical treatment by the doctor. During Inpatient treatment process, all the expanses are recorded as a base for patient to continue the next process, payment process. Last process in Inpatient process is collecting process. This collecting process for the patient who cannot pay their treatment expenses and for patient who work in a company that has a specially agreement to pay their employees medical expenses. Analysis in this thesis where designed to improve the role of information systems by eliminate the process that unimportant by maximizing information systems, improving of receivable control, and integration reporting from office and back office that related to the inpatient. The methodology used for analysis is FAST with process modeling tool (Data Flow Diagram Model). and data modeling model (Entity Relationship Diagram Model).
