In order to expand Indonesia's non-oil exports, , the supply side is shown to be of the utmost importance. Within this area of inquiry this thesis looKs at how efficiently one important sector that is the large and Medium Scale Industry uses its inputs. The methodology used is the standard Solow Productivity is measured through a Cobb-Douglas approach. production function . The inputs specified are capital and labor, while the -appropriate output measurement is value-added. Capital data are computed utilizing the Perpetual Inventory Method.
