Since Sarbanes Oxley Act was issued at 2002, companies that were listed in New York Stock Exchanges or Nasdaq of United States were required to publish an annual report consist an assessment towards their own Internal Control Systems (ICS) and also implemented by its subsidiaries. This additional towards annual reporting will increase investor safety from many hidden risks that now was identified and prevented. This includes fraud and other unintentional misstatements. A company that was recognized for its ICS is a company that has a high reliability on its financial reporting, effective and efficient operational activities, and also a business that comply with law and regulation. PTSI is a subsidiary of S International that was listed in NYSE and has an obligation towards Sarbanes Oxley Act. This internship report will explain more about understanding a concrete and complete ICS, and took PTSI as its study case. The case is then focused to ?Source? process at PTD as business unit of PTSI. This ?Source? process or we commonly called logistic process, is one of the most important processes in electronic industry, where PTD makes its business. Good ICS will control and maintain good logistic process and that means a competitive advantage towards competitors. ICS in PTD was well held that status.Ada bibliografi
