Analisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan klien dan kualitas audit kantor akuntan publik
This research was conducted to detect factors influencing client?s satisfaction and the quality of audit based on clients? perspective. The research was done using a designated questionnaire. The companies chosen as samples are not limited only to the listed companies using big four CPA firms. Moreover, the audit period used in this research is after year 2000. The reason behind this is because some of previous researches used the 1980s to the beginning of 2000 period. This research is therefore conducted to know whether there is a difference in clients? perception in using the audit services from accounting firms for that period. This research uses client satisfaction and audit quality as dependent variable whereas Client Experience, Industry Expertise, Responsiveness, Technical Competence, and Executive Involvement are considered as independent variables. A multiple regression method analysis was used to test the effect of each variable to clients? satisfaction. The result shows that, for clients? satisfaction test, four of five determinant variables, has a strong and significant relationship with the clients? satisfaction. Those variables are Client Experience, Industry Expertise, Responsiveness, and Technical Competence.Ada tabel
