The main focus of this research is to discover the determinants of the money multiplier in Indonesia. This research is developed from an earlier paper of Iljas (1997) for the period 1988 until 1997. Research is done with EVIEWS4 software program using the Two Stage Least Square method. This research discovered that there have been changes in the factors that determine the money multiplier from previous research with current conditions, especially it was discovered that there is a major shift from the use of cash and quasi money to a broader definition of money in the economy.Ada tabel
