Analisis determinan partisipasi kaum muda dalam angkatan kerja di Indonesia : Analisis data susenas tahun 2006
Indonesia was elected by ILO to become one of the country in the world to prepare Youth Employment Action Plan. This is because of Indonesia is the country that have to many youth unemployment in the world. The aim of this study is to find some determinants of youth labor force participation. With Logit method, this study show that individual, family, and environment factors influence youth decision to participate in labor force significantly. Some interesting results of this study are sex variables show us clearly to the differences between youth male and female labor force participation. There is difference trend between youth male and female in decision to work, even this difference happened since they are still young (15-24 years old). The other interesting result is the probability of youth who live in the village is bigger than youth who live in the city.Ada tabel
