Dampak penerbitan obligasi subordinasi terhadap resiko premium instrumen hutang seniornya : (Studi empiris pada bank Indonesia tahun 2001 - 2007)
This research trying to analyzed the default risk premium of senior debt caused by junior debt issuance. Main background of this research is to acquire proper knowledge about default risk of the bonds to manage the risk properly. The analysis is using panel data four independent variables; aims of issuance, difference between time to maturity of senior debt and the junior debt, averages of senior debt rating, and issue size. Findings in this research have found whether the aims of issuance and differences of time to maturity showed the negative interaction and the insignificant level with default risk premium. And the other two variables showed the positive interaction and significant level with default risk premium.Ada bibliografi & tabel
