Analisis statistika profitabilitas perbankan Indonesia ditinjau dari pengaruh manajemen dan ukuran bank

The purpose of this study is analyzes the effects of Management and Size on commercial bank profitability in 2005-2006. It also to test for significance effects of financial ratios on Management and Size. Variable tested as a proxy of profitability is Net Income After Tax to Total capital Account, and proxy of Management is Net gain or Losses on Loans to Total Operating Revenue. The proxy of Size is Total Deposit to Total Capital Account and for Time effects used dummy variable. Other ratios test for significance include GWM (Giro Wajib Minimum), LDR (Loan to Deposits Ratio), Lonta (Loan to Total Assets), Tetor (Total Expense to Total Operating Ratio), TRTA (Total Revenue to Total Assets), CAR (Capital Adequacy Ratio), NPL (Non Performing Loan) and NIM (Net Interest Margin). This is empirical studies. Source of data comes from bank financial statement which published by Bank Indonesia official site. This study used regression analysis with Ordinary Least Squares (OLS ) method. The study shows that Management and Size are significant. Each variable significantly affected profitability. Whereas time variable, there are difference profitability between 2005 and 2006, but the differences are not significant influencial to overall member of bank profitability. Financial ratios which has significant influence of management variable are Tetor (Total Expense to Total Operating Ratio) and CAR (Capital Adequacy Ratio). Whereas, Size variable significantly influenced by GWM (Giro Wajib Minimum), Lonta (Loan to Total Assets), and CAR (Capital Adequacy Ratio).Ada tabel
