Intensi untuk meninggalkan pekerjaan : Suatu kajian dari sudut pandang aspek-aspek kepuasan kerja, Studi kasus pada perawat rumah sakit XYZ
Nurses as one of elements in a hospital takes important role for the life of hospital services. Their high job satisfaction influences patients? satisfaction to hospital health services and contributes to the growth of health services quality for society (Misener dkk, 1996Job satisfaction sets enormous part to those decide move to other work. Job satisfaction has tight correlation with intention to leave a job (Shore, Newton & Thorton 1990; Blau 1993). The research main objective was to find the influence of job satisfaction aspects to intention of leaving job on nurses at XYZ Hospital. Regression Analysis Method was selected to analyze the data. The research used original questionnaire adapted from Job Satisfaction Survey (Spector, 1997). Moreover, intention to leave a job was measured using Withdrawal Cognitions Questionnaire by Tang, Kim dan Tang (2000). The research summarizes there is no any significant influence between job satisfaction based on its aspects (salary, promotion, supervision, additional support, reward, job rules and procedures, co-workers, the job itself and communication) to intention to leave on nurses at XYZ Hospital.Ada tabel
