Analisis dampak aspek sekolah dan aspek individu pada itensi siswa untuk melakukan bullying : Studi kasus SMA A dan SMA B

The objective of this study are to analyze the effects of school and individual aspects on the student?s intention to bully and explain its implication for school as an organization. The school aspects which will be analized in this study include the culture on school level (reflected by ethical climate) and the culture on teacher level (reflected by teacher-student relationship), while the individual aspects include the culture on student level (reflected by student?s personality and academic achievement). This study is quantitative research with causal research design. The data were collected by distributing the survey questionnaires to students in the superior school (represented by SMA A) and the less one (represented by SMA B) in East Jakarta. This study showed that the only culture influences the student?s intention to bully is the culture on student level, they are student?s personality (extraversion) and academic achievement. In addition, this study also showed that the students from less superior school, the elders, and male students show higher intention to bully.Ada tabel
