Hubungan antara tekanan kerja dengan penyimpangan perilaku di Fakultas Ekonomi Univeritas Indonesia
The focus of this study is about correlation between job stress were experienced by FEUI?s employee with organizational misbehaviour were did by them. This research is quantitative with descriptive and inferential design. The result of this study found that object of research had experienced low job stress and did ever organizational misbehaviour, but there is no significant correlation between job stress were experienced with organizational misbehaviour were did by them. Therefore, FEUI need to apply management organizational misbehaviour and make a research to find out another factor which relevant with organizational misbehaviour.Ada tabel
