Politik dan tempat kerja : penjelasan empiris mengenai pengaruh politik terhadap kinerja, partisipasi dalam pengambil keputusan, kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi studi kasus pada guru dan pegawai SMNK 3 Bogor
This research tries to reveal effects of politics toward employees? attitude and behavior in work domain. This research divided politics into four variables. They are: political participation, community involvement, civility and faith in citizenships involvement. Also, employees? attitude and behavior in work domain are divided into four variables. They are; performance, participation in decision making, job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Research samples are teachers and employees of SMKN 3 Bogor. This research uses quantitative method with descriptive design. Research outcomes reveal that politics doesn?t give significant effects toward employees? attitude and behavior in work domain. Therefore workplace organization doesn?t need to give too much attention to political orientation and political behavior of its members.Ada tabel
