Rancangan balanced scorecard sebagai sistem manajemen stratejik pada perusahaan multi produk : studi kasus PT XXX Indonesia

The focus of study is PT XXX Indonesia that produce very diversified product and compete in more than one industry. So it should stand on price competition and consumer preference. Beside the right strategy formulation, it needs a comprehensive performance measurement tool as a part of strategic management system. This research is qualitative analysis. The data were collected by means of deep interview and field study. The researcher suggests that PT XXX Indonesia should use Balanced Scorecard with Strategy Maps as a framework, and implementing by held Strategy-Focused Organization Principle. Also generate strategy formulation for PT XXX Indonesia to face the competitors, so it can be derived to Strategy Maps.Ada tabel
