Pengaruh kualitas situs terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan implementasinya terhadap niat pembelian : Studi kasus Resmi Airasia

The focus of the study is to analyze the effect of website quality Airasia on customer satisfaction and it?s implication towards purchase intention. In the academic literature, website quality has been known to be a critical factor in online business. With the increased of online purchase in Airasia, this research want to see whether website quality of airasia has a direct effect towards this success using regression on a conceptual model. The result shows that website quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction but customer satisfaction doesn?t have positive and significant effect towards purchase intention.Ada tabel
