Analisis persepsi kualitas jasa sebagai pemicu layalitas konsumen dalam industri telekomunikasi CDMA : Studi kasus mahasiswa pengguna CDMA di wilayah Jakarta dan Depok
This research discusses the perceived service quality as factors that triggered the emergence of other factors, namely the corporate image, trust and perceived of switching cost of consumer loyalty to the students subscribing to CDMA in Jakarta and Depok area. This research is a quantitative research with a descriptive design. Structural Equation Modeling with LISREL 8.3 program has been used to process the data. The results of this research shows that perceived service quality not directly affects the consumer loyalty among the students subscribers, however, perceived service quality affects trust in students subscribers and affect the perceived switching cost that ultimately trigger the emergence of consumer loyalty. Therefore, for attracting students, CDMA operators are expected to increase the quality of services provided to gain the trust and incurred high perceived switching cost in the eyes of students.Ada tabel
