Sistem perencanaan dan pengendalian manajemen PT X
The focus of this study is about planning and controlling system in PT X as a syrup manufacturer, specifically related to stockout that occurred every peak season. The purpose of this study is to give advice and input to organization for improvement and development. This research is qualitative. The data were collected by means deep interview and through observation of organization. The researcher suggests that organization should actively handle the recurring stockout, make up some challenging goals, do overall detail planning, and provide adequate control system. Ada tabel
