The focus of this study is to design the suitable performance measurement tool in UFO as multilevel marketing company. The research held in UFO results in designing balanced scorecard as a performance measurement tool. In financial perspective, company needs to increase its profitability, which is translated by the growth in sales of its products and increasing bonus and commission to its Service Business Entrepreneur. In customer perspective, upgrading the quality of products and after-sales service needs to be done to increase its customer?s satisfaction. In internal business process perspective, company needs to develop product innovation and e-commerce sales system. In learning and growth perspective, company needs to increase employee?s performance through raising employee?s working satisfaction, implementing effective standard operating procedure, and increasing employee?s capability.Ada tabel
