Rancangan balanced scorecard sebagai sistem manajemen stratejik dan sistem pengukuran kinerja pada perusahaan minuman teh kemasan

The focus of this study is designing Balanced Scorecard as strategic management system and performance measurement system in a packged tea company in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to design strategy based on internal and external factor PT X, to describe that strategy by Strategy Maps and evaluate strategy by Balanced Scorecard. This research is qualitative descriptive interpretive with analysis of PT X data. The researcher suggests that PT X have strong position in growth market, then market development strategy is quite suitable, and Balanced Scorecard include financial and nonfinancial performance.Ada tabel
