Analisis situs CSR perusahaan tambang & migas Indonesia dengan Amerika Serikat : Dilihat dari sudut pandang sistem budaya negara
The focus of this study is to compare the CSR Sites of mining corporation in Indonesia and United States of America from country cultural system perspective, that involved with three dominant institutions, are: government, civil society, and market that represented by corporation or bussines sector (tri sector partnership). This study in qualitative research with explorative design. The result of this study indicate that the roles of Indonesian government to regulate the CSR activity of mining corporation is higher than US government. US Civil society and bussines sector are also more reactive to CSR activity that mining corporation had been implemented, compare to civil society and bussines sector in Indonesia. Moreover, website usability of mining corporation in US is better than Indonesia.Ada tabel
