The focus of this study is to describe the condition of zakat for institutions and to observe whether fiqh of zakat can be applied or not. Zakat for institutions is believed to have the capacity to reduce poverty in Indonesia, however its potential has not been explored, therefore the writer decided to conduct estimation of potential of zakat for institutions. The writer also describes the relationship between zakat and CSR. This research suggests government of Indonesia that Zakat could be use as tax credit.Ada tabel
