Problematika transfer pricing ditinjau dari peraturan perpajakan Indonesia : Studi atas kasus banding di pengadilan pajak.
Transfer pricing issues are very interesting to be reviewed further more especially when they are related with Indonesian?s taxation regulations. Because there are many companies in Indonesia transact with their related parties in associated wih Indonesian?s taxation regulation. Writer obtained data from tax court and interview with the judge. Conclusion of this study is there are many cases happened in tax court which related with the fairness of the price. It can be solved with evidences which company gave to the court and also from the judge convinced.Ada tabel
