The focus of this study is transparency and disclosure level and its effects to banking financial performance in Indonesia. Samples are taken from listed banks on IDX 2006-2007. This research is quantitative descriptive interpretive. The data was processed using data pool method, considering one company in different financial report periods as two different samples. This research shows that transparency and disclosure level does not have significant impact to banking financial performance (proxied by ROE and BOPO ratio).Ada tabel
