Pengaruh komponen corporate governance terhadap status financial distress pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI

Deskripsi

The objective of this thesis is to see the relationship between institutional ownership, board of director and committee ownership, board of director and board of committee, and audit committee size, proportion of independent committee, company size and debt to equity ratio to the possibility of the company facing financial distress. Research done toward manufacturing company that listed in BEI at year 2005 until 2007 by using logit regression. The result from this shows that board of director size and proportion of independent committee has negative relationship with the possibility of the company facing financial distress. Meanwhile, debt to equity ratio has a positive relationship with the possibility of the company facing financial distress.Ada tabel
