Analisis hubungan antara profitabilitas dan pertubuhan perusahaan dengan kekayaan pemegang saham
This study focuses on analyzing about the relationship between company profitability and growth with shareholders wealth among listed companies at Indonesia Stock Exchange within period 2002-2007. The sample consists of 190 companies by using purposive sampling method. The statistics method used to test on the research hypothesis is multiple linear regression. The result of this study indicates that profitability is positively significant relationship with shareholders wealth and company growth is negatively relationship with shareholders wealth. Profitability has a far greater positive effect on shareholder wealth creation than negative effect of growth. The profitability-growth interaction will increase shareholders wealth.Ada tabel
