Evaluasi aplikasi infomemo PT ABC untuk mempeoleh modal atau private placement dan rencana Ipo
The focus of this study is evaluation of creating infomemo process by PT. ABC as investment banking company compared with standard of creating infomemo process according to theory and concept around. This research is qualitative by means of observation and interview. Which had been done on 3 months period of author?s internship program in this company. This internship report some of it suggests that PT. ABC should make standard of creating infomemo; clearly goal in creating infomemo; need effectiveness and efficiency in coordination and communication between client and adviser.Ada tabel
