The focus of this final internship report is the in-depth interview process in MarkPlus&Co. The in-depth interview itself is needed to analyze motor workshop respon in Pelumas Pertamina sales promotion program. The purpose of this report is to know the right steps in doing an in-depth interview. This research is qualitative descriptive. The reseracher suggest some points that needed to be done before we do an indepth interview. Those points are designing process and also preparation and training for the interviewer.Ada tabel
