Sistematika riset ICSI - 2007
This final report focused on process and activities done in the research of ICSI 2007. ICSI is a research conducted to provide information about customer satisfaction in using brands. Research method are said to be good if it follows the systematic method, from identification and definition of problem, hypothesisses approach, testing, and checking, and follow statistical rules. In this report, the actual research and the systematic method are being compared. In this report also include description about the company doing the research.
