Analisis fundamental terhadap saham PT Media nusantara citra tbk.
Investors who put their funds in equity market have to utilize any types of information to either maximize profit or minimize risk. Fundamental analysis is an effort to forecast a company?s potential growth and profit-making ability in the future. In doing fundamental analysis, investors utilize company?s financial statements, as it can forecast the value of the company. The purpose of this report is to help investors analyze investment decision-making process when buying stocks. The valuation on stocks made by this fundamental analysis will be made on a ?top-down? basis. The method of fundamentals analysis begins with analyzing Indonesia macro economics variables and future economics prospect, while business environmental and industrial business strategy analysis are done for the media industry growth and prospect. Lastly, company analysis will be finished with two methods: Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) and Price Multiples. The intrinsic stock value of PT Media Nusantara Citra Tbk will then be compared to the current market price. Based on this top-down fundamental analysis method, we can conclude that the stock is currently in the undervalued position and hence investors are recommended to buy the stock since it can still generate profits.Ada tabel
