Restrukturisasi organisasi dan proforma konsolidasi PT Semangat Selalu
The focus of this report is showing accounting services that was given by CPA firms to compile the pro forma consolidation financial statement. This financial statement was made from organizational restructuring that was done by Parent who made Semangat Selalu acquired some companies. In here we also discuss about steps that are done in preparing consolidation financial statement and compare the practical life with theory.Ada tabel
