Prosedur loan review atas debitur menengah pada PT bank X
Loan review is a procedure analyzing debtor?s financial healthy and classification of debtor?s credit quality. This analyze do based on Peraturan Bank Indonesia (PBI) No. 7/2/PBI/2005. This interns report focus on cash loan review middle debtors of PT Bank X. This report consist of steps of loan review procedure and findings through the review. It also attach with an example of loan review of one of the Middle Debtors PT Bank X. The result from 40 debtors have been reviewed are : 12 debtor has adjust their collectibility, 24 debtors not comply with credit agreement, 3 debtors has not have credit agreement updated, and 3 debtors has not complete their legal documents..
