Implementasi sales performance analysis tool sebagai bagian dari sistem pengendalian manajemen pada bank X

This internship report describes the implementation of Sales Performance Analysis Tool (SPAT) system related to management control and performance measurement on Bank X. SPAT system analyses salesperson performance?s based on sales, profit margin, and revenue with many analysis criteria that needed by management. SPAT system is implemented for sales of Consumer Banking product on Bank X. On system implementation process, there are many constraints that faced by implementation project team. Beside that, SPAT system has many advantages and disadvantages related to system goals. So that, system development is needed to optimize its function for management.Ada tabel
